Committed to Excellence
I am an HR professional with 20 years’ experience from private, public, not for profit and charity sectors and a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing, engineering, technology, defence, care, education, construction and trades, transport and logistics.
A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Member (MCIPD) who has trained and developed the next generation of HR professional through teaching at Levels 3, 5 and 7 with two Colleges in Somerset.
Businesses I have worked with range for small family run businesses to international FTSE 100 companies. My down to earth, fair yet pragmatic and commercial approach means I have a cost-effective solution for your people management challenge.
I believe in building strong and trusted business relationships with all my clients, providing that personal touch by a trusted partner. For many of my retained clients, becoming an extended part of their business management team, getting involved early to resolve matters quickly or preventing issues before they start. This provides positive outcomes for all.
When I'm not working, I am a keen gardener and enjoy life in the west country with my husband, 3 cats (Rod, Jane & Freddie) and cultivating my collection of orchids.

Doing our bit...
As a small business we still know we need to do our bit for the environment, therefore we believe in reducing, reusing and recycling where we can.
We use technology where possible to deliver services to clients to enable swift responses for clients and reduce the need to travel to site.
Where travel to site is necessary to provide the best outcomes for our clients, an electric car will be used where possible.
