Theory and practice combined

Programme content is delivered by me, a practicing HR professional who has many years experience and runs his own business. I bring the course content to life linking the theory to practice and things that are happening in the real world week to week... all my classes start with 'what's happening in the news' and we link this to how this affects HR or how HR effects it and normally answers my favourite question - why? This helps to develop context and understanding in students and means my style of HR is never about simply turning the handing on it.

Who this course is suited to

There are no specific entry requirements to enrol on the Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice other than having a keen interest in Human Resources.

If you are looking to develop your career in HR and want to gain Associate level membership of the CIPD, learn more about not only the theory but practice of HR from a practicing HR professional, this is the course for you.

If you are wanting to make a career change and have a strong interest in HR, this course can help to open opportunities for you to enter the profession and secure your first role.
