Ben is an experienced HR Consultant and Founder of Auxilium HR Solutions Ltd which is run from its base in Yeovil, Somerset.

Ben has a strong passion for excellent HR and people management practices. He believes that effective HR and people management is key to unlocking a businesses full potential, for most businesses its people are pivotal to business success and growth. Ben set up the A-Team to help business owners like you unlock that potential and drive business success and growth through sound HR, Recruitment and Training solutions.
