Our HR Consultants offer our clients a flexible approach to HR service delivery, tailored to suit your specific business need, there are no rigid packages of work or lengthy contractual tie-in. Ben is an experienced HR Consultant and Founder of Auxilium HR Solutions Ltd which is run from its base in Yeovil, Somerset.
Ben has a strong passion for excellent HR and people management practices. He believes that effective HR and people management is key to unlocking a businesses full potential, for most businesses its people are pivotal to business success and growth. Ben set up the A-Team to help business owners like you unlock that potential and drive business success and growth through sound HR, Recruitment and Training solutions.

Senior HR Consultant with over 25 years generalist HR experience spent working as a senior manager, business partner and in advisory roles, with the last decade leading an HR consultancy business. Proven management trainer, project lead, experienced in complex case work handling including TUPE and restructuring.
