Ciaran Lea - Senior HR Consultant

Ciaran is a results-driven HR Consultant with over a decade of operational leadership and people management experience. Known for his sharp commercial focus and practical, no-nonsense approach, he partners with clients to turn people strategy into real business performance.

With a background spanning both the charitable and commercial sectors, Ciaran excels at aligning people strategy with business goals. He supports clients to embed sustainable practices, develop confident managers, and unlock performance through tailored leadership development, coaching, change management, and customer service training.

As a trainer and consultant, Ciaran designs and delivers impactful leadership and management development programmes that equip managers with the tools, confidence, and mindset to lead effectively. His approach is grounded in real-world experience and tailored to each organisation’s goals. Alongside this, he also provides targeted customer service training, drawing on his background leading customer-focused service delivery teams to improve communication, performance, and team engagement.

Ciaran thrives in fast-paced environments—particularly within engineering, manufacturing, and technical sectors—where commercial decisions and people performance go hand in hand. His approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on impact: saving time, reducing risk, and delivering results that matter.

Outside of consultancy, Ciaran is Vice Chair of Yeovil Round Table, working in partnership with Yeovil Lions to raise over £100,000 a year for local causes. He’s married with one child, and when he’s not working or fundraising, you’ll find him enjoying football, rugby, Formula 1, or a round of golf.
