Ben Malik FCIPD - Senior HR Consultant

Ben is the Director and owner of Auxilium HR Solutions Ltd.

Ben is a Senior HR Consultant and leads the A-Team at Auxilium HR Solutions. He is an experienced, proven HR generalist who gets results. He has over 20 years HR experience spent working as a senior manager, business partner and in advisory roles, and has over 9 years leading an HR consultancy business, and over 14 years as a Chartered HR Professional.

Ben is a proven project lead, and an experienced HR practitioner in complex case work handling including TUPE and restructuring.

Ben's passion is as an HR Consultant and actively works with a number of clients. He also gets involved with management training and development and has designed and delivered bespoke management and leadership training solutions that achieve measurable results, changing culture, mindset and behaviours in the managers and leaders he works with.

Ben has both private and public sector experience working with FTSE 100 companies through to SMEs using his experience to provide commercial solutions to people management matters that work.

Ben has completed a number of strategic HR and business reviews, working with clients to develop and implement HR and People Management Strategies to deliver HR solutions. This work results in a deliverable and measurable people strategy and works to support clients in delivering their strategic business objectives.

Ben has experience of working with family owned and run businesses providing problem solving solutions in a sensitive and compassionate way while still delivering results to enable the business to move forward. Similarly, he has experience working with professional services firms working with and resolving Partner disputes.

When Ben isn't doing all that, he's a keen gardener and enjoys travel with his husband and partner of 20 years and has three cats, Rod, Jane and Freddie.

• Ben also travels throughout the UK and all major cities as clients require.
