I am an HR professional with 20 years’ experience from private, public, not for profit and charity sectors and a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing, engineering, technology, defence, care, education, construction and trades, transport and logistics.

Ben has worked collaboratively with Yeovil College for many years, to design, develop and deliver CIPD courses bringing a practical and commercial element to the academic curriculum, adding some real life for students who on completion of the course become CIPD Associates. Together, we have achieved outstanding results, and it has been a pleasure to watch the popularity of the courses grow.
